Meet The Attorneys

Comprehensive Family Law And Litigation Services

Viola Law Firm is a dynamic firm whose attorneys collaborate to achieve the best possible results for our clients. Since 1991, our firm has helped clients in the Bay Area and throughout Northern California resolve complex legal issues related to divorce, family law and other areas of the law.

The depth of experience and the diversity of our practice allow for a more complete analysis of each client’s case. Because family law cases often involve issues requiring a familiarity with business, real estate and estate planning law, among others, our significant trial practice aids us in favorably resolving these cases in and out of the courtroom.

Our Philosophy And Approach

We believe that the best settlement or results happen only if you prepare for trial. Even if your case does not go to trial, preparing for trial allows us to negotiate from a position of strength.

We engage in the discovery process early, marshaling all the facts we need to help us uncover the weaknesses and strengths of your case, as well as those of the other side. There is often a misconception that preparing for litigation means not being open to negotiation. From early in your case, we will look for opportunities to negotiate resolutions, if it is in your best interest to do so.

We understand how emotional family law matters are, especially when children are involved. Many cases are overlitigated because the parties involved have unrealistic expectations and are unwilling to compromise. As your attorneys, we believe it is important to provide objective guidance and set reasonable expectations for our clients.
