Real estate cases sometimes arise as a result of a real estate professional's negligence in a transaction that causes the parties harm. They also arise between neighboring landowners, when one owner’s use or modification of his land negatively affects the other. Sometimes parties who are co-owners of a piece of land need help dividing the land or selling it and determining their respective entitlement to the proceeds. Real estate cases also arise when a Bay Area landlord needs help with a trouble tenant, or when a construction agreement is breached or the services are negligently performed. At the Viola Law Firm, we are seasoned in handling real estate cases, large and small, in each of those categories. We prepare each case for trial, which enables us to resolve most cases long before that time on terms favorable to our clients.
